I created these and I update them as needed. The numbers are actual population numbers and help me to set target numbers for interventions.

Dis-aggregation tables were created as a quick reference tool and are updated annually or with any major school population shifts.
Dis-aggregation is an essential process for the data analyst role of a school counselors.

School Counselors serve all students and advocate for equitable services for students. Dis-aggregation helps me to identify gaps in achievement or other outcomes in order to find student groups which may need additional support or services.

Getting to know me

One of the ways i connect to students is by sharing parts of my life. I am an animal lover and I enjoy art- both mixed media primarily focused upon watercolors, as well as digital photography and video editing.

The resources below were recently created during my MA in Child, Youth, & Family Ministry from Indiana Wesleyan University.
They contain spiritual information that would not be included in a public school setting.
